Resource trials

We are keen to find new and interesting resources to support your research so we regularly have short term trials.

If you are a member of staff who wishes to recommend a resource to trial, please email your subject librarian. If you are a student who would like to recommend a resource, please suggest it to a member of your teaching team.

Applied Gaming

Applied Gaming is a comprehensive resource featuring over 100 titles covering subjects such as game physics, interactive storytelling, shadowing, character animation, and level design. Packt Game Development and Animation offers over 50 in depth and up to date resources focusing on game design, animation, and interactive media. It offers guidance on major game development and animation software including graphics rendering, physics simulation, scripting, AI, lighting and sound design. The Animator’s Survival Kit (Animated)
