Decolonising the Library
‘Decolonisation’ is about challenging the many processes and structures across Higher Education which have been informed by the UK’s colonial past. Here at Norwich University of the Arts Library we want to reframe our collection to reflect our diverse university community, and to make sure our collection encompasses artists, designers, creators, writers and thinkers from across society both nationally and internationally.
This is your library, and we are keen to hear your ideas. If you have any suggestions for resources around this subject, whether it’s a book, pamphlet, DVD, website or a collection, we would love to know. Please fill in a New Item Request form or email us at library@norwichuni.ac.uk.
